I just completed the quiz 5 minutes ago and it accepted all 10 answers and gave me a 100. If there are multiple longest runs of all-zero fields, then it is the leftmost that is compressed. Yeah at least with the older issues it was at least something that can be worked around to at least pass the assignment.

The older problems seem to be with the format of the compressed IPv6 address, not the submission of correct answers. All of these formats are valid IPv6 address formats. Apparently they have had several issues with this quiz. It allows IPv6 applications to communicate directly with IPv4 applications.
